Return Process

  Log into your ICT account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
